WACKY Garmin Dezl 760 LMT or 760 RV

Anyone using the Garmin DEZL 760 LMT or RV version; does your unit occasionally go "brain dead"?? We've had our unit for over a year using it from the east coast to the west coast. "Occasionally" the unit seems to just go brain dead with the vehicle icon suddenly wandering off of the navigation course to the point that the GPS starts giving course corrections to get back on the course that we're currently on!! Or the last time we stopped for fuel, as we returned to the interstate I noticed the GPS wanted us to go in the OPPOSITE DIRECTION of our navigation course and had added ~60 miles to the course... I turn the unit off, back on and it resumed the course as if nothing had happened... Anyone else experience anything like this??

Sorry to hear about that issue, we have had our DEZL 760 for about 18 months with no issues (aside from operator ones). Well be following your thread to see what happens. Again sorry about the issue.

No issues with my RV760-LMT unit.

I've been using it since it was first introduced last summer.

Absolutely love it and it has to be one of Garmin's best yet!

I have and had several Garmin's and never had that issue with any of them. But, I my 2013 Ford C-Max built in GPS did exactly as you described last weekend several times. It became absolutely useless. Do not have clue as to why. It seems fine now.
