IF you want to know the frequencies you need to go to LyngSat and track them down... The satellites operate over a range of frequencies, there are many transponders, there are two transponders on each frequency, Yes two per frequency, and yes they do NOT interfere with each other. The magic of polarization.

As for the receiver you are talking about.. No way of telling from the info you gave.

This I do know.. Echostar (Dish network) Encrypts most channles (NASA is an exception) using Nargavision 3, and that means without the codes, and the software and a receiver capable of N-3 decoding, all you get is noise.

Also, assisting in decoding/decrypting encrypted signals without authorization I can not give you. Two reasons for this:

1: I can't do it myself, (Though I do admit to having done the research but that was years ago and Nargavision 2, never decrypted DISH without permission) and 2: It is illegal.

The LNB is a spare that I got from the days of Free To Air TV. I have two dish, but they are not HD Dish. Having HD at the house, Dish Network tells me I have to have HD in the RV or they won't activate it. I just not wanting to buy another dish with having two already. This is something I only use a few times a year. I should have explained it better.

Tell them you have HD even if you don't.. IF the LNB was ever used on either an Echostar or AMC (DIrectv) bird, it will work for you.

That said: I don't know if the DISH (The reflector part) will work or if you need a larger one. But if you were into Free To Air, you likely know more about that than I do.

Don't know much about FTA. I did it for awhile and found it a lot of trouble. I still got the receiver in the garage.

Dish uses circular polarization. Are the LNBs for this or linear polarization? Old BUD dishes used linear.

Easily solved with a dielectric plate in the feedhorn.

I got my FTA gear from these folks.
