Last weekend we had strong winds of 20-25 mph from the southwest...I planted my big dish on my bullseye head on to the wind and kept all 4 satellites..it rocked a bit, but didnt affect reception..there is actually some pretty good motion leeway on those dishes and dont seem to be nearly as sensitive as people perceive them to be...in my experience!!

Regarding the Bullseye, I've found mine works quite well in winds up to 30 mph with my Dish 500. Higher winds than that, I've had to use my 3ft walking stick to prop up against the back side to dampen the up-down rocking action. One night last Nov on the Oregon Coast, the wind was gusting up to 60 mph & the walking stick prop did a good job. In the morning I saw several "weighted tripod" dishes smashed to the ground. Also, the Bullseye works real well with the included brackets clamped to a heavy picnic table. From what i've read on the Winegard site, the up-down motion can be rather large compared to the sideways action, which has to be held tighter. In this regard, the Bullseye does a fine job.
