Most users will not have a use for this feature, yesterday I found a use for it. I have a Alpha Camp Pro WIFI extender that works very well. We have used this system all over the US and it works great except at 1 campground. The 1 campground is at a Navy base on the Texas coast that we stay at 4 times a year. The problem is I cannot access the camp ground WiFi if I use the Camp Pro router. With the WiFi radio plugged directly into my laptop it works great. Problem is no one else can use the more powerful Camp Pro radio on their devices. The work around is to plug the Camp Pro radio into the laptop and turn on and setup the Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot and let others in the MH login to the laptop, the laptop now acts as a wireless router. The laptop is also plugged into the 32" TV using HDMI and I operate the laptop with a wireless keyboard.
Problem solved.
