I've never had to do anything with the clock and calender on the sidebar during the last 3 years since the laptop was new, but now the clock is off an hour (we left Central zone and now in Mountain time zone) and the month calender is still on May and the daily date shows May 17 (the day I shut the computer down to go on vacation.

Question: How do I change any thing on the sidebar? I'm using Vista on an HP Pavilion dv6000 laptop? I can change the desktop to Mountain time zone so the clock in the lower right hand corner is correct but can't seem to find anyway to change the sidebar.

I'm not very computer literate so any suggestions need to be very basic and simple. No big deal but would still like for things to be correct. Appreciate any help or suggestions.

Right click on the side bar clock, left clip on options and you're on your way....

Thanks Jim - How simple. And all I had to do to get the calendars correct was to sign off the computer, then back on.

And I thought this was going to be difficult. Thanks again. I travel from Central to Mountain time zone a couple times a year, guess I never even noticed the clock before.
