My 3rd batwing AMP will not work, When I push the button no green lite comes on....
This critter worked when the new one was installed (notice it's the third one) and was tested for about 10 minutes (fine)
Turned it on when in Arizona and NOTHING, Voltage to the cigarette sockett (12.9 to 13.95) depending on the PD 9160s rate of charge.
I'm getting "grumpy" and see NO reason for them to die so my question is could it be heat related or voltage related.......

Jim

Could just be a bad switch.. Step one is to remove the fuse that feeds it. Then cycle the switch 25 to fifty times. and try agin.

There may also be an "internal" fuse on the power supply.. (I'm not sure)

but disconnect the roof cable from the power supply (The box with the switch) and see if that makes a difference.

Report back on what you find.

I would suggest calling Winegard Technical Service at 1-800-788-4417 and our trained technicians can help troubleshoot the issue with you over the phone.
