I tried getting my Radio Labs gear to work for two years. I never got it to work. I will say the techs at Radio Labs did try very hard to help me getting it to work. We spent hours on the phone to no avail. They even exchanged some of the parts.

In the end they recommended I purchase newer equipment. I bought it brand new and never got it to work. Very disappointing.

I have the Wingaurd wi fi 4G extender in my recently purchased Thor Citation. The manual which is supposed to have the key was lost by the dealer or Thor. In contacting Wingaurd they advised the key was on the back of the base which has been glued to the wall inside a cabinet and impossible to remove without causing major damage. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Putty knife to remove. Reinstall with some sort of backing plate glued on to cover any wall damage. use Velcro to mount the radio unit to the backer plate so it can be removed in the future.

Got the Wingard wireless off. It wasn't to hard, the cover pops off, it's held on by small pins. The electronic board comes off with the coverboard . The backing plate is attached by 2 screws, push the plate up and off the two screws and the pass word, model number and serial number are there on the bottom of the backing plate.
Was easy and a big relief.
