This maybe TOO simple but did you check for a blown fuse in your 12volt DC fuse panel?

Not sure your coach has a Front Run Bay like my Monaco which is directly under the driver's side window but that's where my fuse is located for the TV Amplifier.

You have power to the power supply.. But none at the antenna. I have one question and then some suggestions.

First: Did yo ucheck for power at the OUTPUT of the power supply (the antenna jack).. I have a special adapter for testing but a short length of #22 wire will insert into the jack center hole and then you can measure it. So will somne voltmeter probes. If you have no power there your problem is between power and no power (The power supply)
or, it's in the instruciton manual (Which you may need to re-read)

If you have power at the jack.. Hook up the roof cable and check for power at the antenna.. Power good, no power bad cable or bad cable end.

I have assisted several campers with TV issues, ONE RIG, JUST ONE, had high quality compression type connectors on the ends of the cable.. JUST ONE, a small, low end trailer.. All the others had cheap crimp on's (The industry standard) which come off if you sneeze hard. Seriously I can take them off with two fingers.

The cable ends is my first suspect in a bad cable issue.. Then the cable itself.

NOTE: the cable is in at least two parts.. One part runs from teh switch to a fitting (Bulkhead or barrell connector) which is in the roof (it may go through the roof or it may be buried under a cover on the roof).. Either part could be bad,, In the trailer I mentioned with the high quality fittings.. That was the problem.

I also mentioned the instruciton manual

On the standard winegard wall plate type switch, with the jacks pointing down, looking at it from the rear the jacks are, in order

Antenna - Park cable - TV 2 and optionally TV-3

If someone told you the antenna hooks to the center jack.. That is your problem.
