My problem has nothing to do with line of sight or programming. According to my Dish expert I have a defective dish. He said this is very rare but does happen. He is going to get with Winegard tomorrow and get the piece warranted by the factory. I hope this is an easy and quick process.

well then we've been lucky on a number of occasions.

My dish is fixed. Finally! The problem was and has been the arm that extends away from the dish itself was bent? Only reason I am posting a follow up is I learned something. The Winegard Traveler dish system will stow itself if signal is not established or found. The arm and dish pan must be lined up perfectly straight. If there is any or a slight bend in the arm the dish will not consistently pick up and hold the signal. Therefore, the dish will stow itself. My arm was bent from the factory. Most likely damaged in shipping. The initial installer tried to modify the arm to make it work? Did not tell anyone either? No dice on modifying the arm. Installed a new straight arm and wow what a difference. I have dish TV. Hope this might help someone in the future.
