Winegard Trav'ler Missing Landing Zone

My wife and I have a Winegard Trav'ler SK-1000 dish mounted on the roof of our Mobile Suites. Everything works fine, with one exception: While the roller on the end of the arm used to hit the SKA-004 landing pad just fine, it now seems to have shifted just a bit, and is now rolling on the roof. It misses the pad by about an inch or two.

Is there any way to adjust the arm (which, of course is attached to the dish assembly) so that it lands on the landing pad again? I have done some searching on this, but have yet to find a solution.

Your advice will be appreciated.

Regards,

I would start with Winegard support. In the interim, I would stick a piece of Eternabond on the roof under the roller.
