Hi and welcome to the forum.

Winegard makes a lot of different dishes so I think you'll have to be more specific on which you're comparing with the cube.

Are you referring to the manual or automatic system. I don't have much luck with the manual vucube. Too hard to get set up.

I have the Winegard Carryout. I works very well. Finds sats in less than 1 minute. The Carryout finds sats automaticaly, can be used for Direct TV SD and Dish Network SD & HD.
