Yet Another GPS Post

The Garmin Desl 760LMT has been out quite a while. There were some postings of routing inconsistancies last year. Has anyone had updated software/maps that fix the gremlins?

Are there any new models I should be aware of for TT use?

We have had ours for some time now, and are very happy with it. Have had no gremlins.

Ours works great .......... we did have a problem one day last week thou. We were going into Long Beach, CA and all of a sudden the thing froze up. Luckily I was able to switch over to the phone and use the Google Maps and finish the trip. The person we were going to see said that their GPS (not a dezl) also froze up that day, they had to force close and shut theirs down and then it starting working fine. Ours came back on after we force closed it and it's worked fine since.

update: I went with the RM Good Sam unit. I like Garmins, but the database of all those Camping areas was hard to resist. I ordered the 5" screen size and am puttering around playing with it locally. Eight more weeks til our first trip...argh.

OK... Both Rand Mcnally and Garmin RV GPS have been out for a while.

I have read most of the posts and see the main difference is GS campgrounds
versus America.
The WIFI feature is good for US residents that have a Verizon account.

How much of a difference is there in the CG features?
When the unit freezes up is there a download for any updates to
the Garmin unit?
