'05 bounder AC problem

Looking for a some help with dual zone AC. Here are the specifics, 2005 Bounder, Workhorse. Our zone 2 AC went out last year while in Florida. When we returned to Colorado, I dug into it and found the capacitors had burned up. I replaced them and things were going great, no problems. Well for some unknown reason the thermostat is not recognizing that there is a second AC. Other than the obvious, taking it to a repair facility, does anybody have any ideas?
Thanks, Mike

I have no actual knowledge about this ... but the first thing that came to mind when I read your post is that maybe you unplugged or disconnected something when you replaced the capacitors and forgot to re-connect, maybe something that links the AC units?

You can try resetting the thermostat. Pull off the cover and remove the fuse. Reinstall it after 2-3 minutes.

I have been going through some of the same problems this summer. Too much to post. You can pm me and I will try to help or at least spill all I know. Believe me I v been in touch with Coleman, /Fleetwood and specialists. Posted about 2 weeks ago and no one responded. You may have to rewire like I did.

Thanks for the reply, sounds like you've been around the block with this a couple of times. I'm hoping it will be something simple as it was running after I replaced the start/run caps. I'm going to try a Tstat reset as suggested by another member, if that doesn't work I'll be looking for what you went through.
Thanks,
Mike
