12V system problem

I have a 1997 Coachman Catalina that the electrical system works just fine when I am running on AC power.
Problem is when I disconnect from the AC power. With the 12V system, nothing works. The battery is new and shows a full charge. Connectors to the battery are good and I am receiving 12V power to the distribution panel. All DC (5 and 15 amp) fuses are in good shape. I would assume that somewhere there would be 1 or 2 30 amp fuses but, I cannot find them. Any Suggestions as to what to look for next?
Thanks

You ARE getting 12V at the converter right? All connections tested for being clean and tight? Does your coach have a disconnect switch for house batteries? Using your multimeter just keep testing at each connection downstream from the batteries until you reach the dead spot. My converter has two 30A fuses in the same panel as all other DC fuses, but- it also has two 30A breakers near the batteries.

Thanks Ray! I have no 30A fuses at the converter. I thought that I was getting voltage at the converter. I decided to change out what appeared to be a good 30A fuse at the battery box. Lights now work on the 12V system. Your question sparked me to double check voltage and it led me to the problem.
