1998 Fleetwood Discovery 36t Attwood furnace

Am new to the forum and have a furnace issue. The climate control panel for both acs and both furnaces is an intellitec. A month ago I notice the rear furnace was on, how many days I do not know. When I opened the door it was close to 150 degrees. Shut furnace off at outside panel turned both acs on and left one on all night. When I shut the ac down the rear furnace fan was still blowing so disconnected on outside panel. The furnace had turned itself on and did not respond to panel controls. Have talked to intellitec service several times and tested the panel by reconnecting furnace blower to run and completely disconnected panel box under the fridge and behind breaker panel. Fan still blows so intellitec service says the problem is not with control panel. Any ideas of where I can find the issue? Must be a direct short or bad relay or something that allows furnace to run regardless of panel settings.
