2000 Pace Arrow Vision

I have two Coleman ac units on my 36' Pace Arrow. I was hearing a screeching sound from the rear ac and immediately turned it off. Once I accessed the unit it became obvious the fan had stopped turning and was frozen. I sprayed it with silicone and turned it by hand until it rotated freely. Is this a common problem? Will I need a future fan motor replacement?

Some people never use their bedroom AC so it can freeze up if never run to keep it well maintained as it should have been.
Salt air areas and salt road spray will do a job on anything as a metal shaft on motor fan.
Check it every spring cleanup and you maybe good to go.
