2002 Bounder 39 R leveling jacks

Trying to troubleshoot why my jacks will not extend. Here is the info I have now. Never had trouble before. Fluid up. key on, batteries good, no extend on any. in nuetral with motor started. When I push front or back down I hear motor running at back. I took dump valve out it does not "appear stuck". When I push retract I hear no click should I. again motor appears to be running when I push front or either back button down just no movement. Thanks, Joe B. My powergear model is a upright tank I believe a 200T.
