30 amp and convection oven

we recently sold our mh which was 50 amp and had a convection oven, i would like to have a convection in our 30 5th wheel, do any of you have one on 30 amps?

Faye I use my mic/conv oven all the time on 30 amp hook ups works fine as most conv ovens only use about 15 amps.

Faye, as auto fish said you can run the convection on 30 amp service. If you don't have a auto electrical management system you will have to be mindful of other Large electrical loads (ac) running at the same time or you will be tripping breakers.
