I have a 2010 Forest River V-Cross.
I currently live in it while I work out of town four days a week.
When the air conditioner is running (pretty much all the time) and I use the Microwave at the same time, the 30 amp Main Breaker flips.
This is the breaker inside the TT.
Is it normal or a problem?

OK, lets see, AC=16 amps while running.
Microwave=13 amps running
Converter=6-10 amps constant
Water heater=10-12 amps running on electricity
Refer=6-10 amps running.
Add up what is running on electricity and you will see what the problem is.

So if I total up all (just the min.) equals 51 amps.
So I guess Forest River should have made this a 60 amp system?
I guess I'm stuck turning the A/C off every time I want to cook something in the microwave.

When on 30 amps we usually run the water heater on gas, (Only when needed) and turn off the A/C when we microwave. Fridge we live on as it's only 3 amps not 6-10. Converter drops down to just a few amps once the batteries are full as well.

But the rule is only 2 "Big loads" on 30 amps. but enough small and medium loads add up to a biggie.

You might want to replace the 30 amp main breaker. Over time they get weak and soon be a 24 amp breaker especially if they turn off often. Assuming it's a standard breaker a single pole 30 amp breaker is in the 10-15 dollar price range. Also check, while in the breaker box, all connections. One loose wire can increase current draw.

Agree you are running way too much and need to decrease the load. Also agree you may need to replace the breaker as these things get weaker every time they trip. Do not increase the amperage of the breaker. Most of these units are built using as cheap of materials as possible and you could end up burning up.
