30 Amp Twist Lock Generator to 50 Amp RV

I see there are twist lock adapters to support 50 amp RV plugs. My RV is 50 amp, and the generator I am looking at for when I don't want to run the on board generator is this one with a 30 amp twist lock:
https://www.electricgeneratorsdirect...or/p75239.html
My question is, what are the capabilities at that point? If I understand this correctly, this would supply two legs of up to 30 amps (but in the case of this generator, two legs of just over 20 amps) which would possibly power two A/C units. Am I looking at this correctly? I am guessing that the units would have to be powered off the separate legs in the fuse box.

Anyone have any experience with this generator? We use this setup at the race track, and while it is noisy everywhere during the day, we do sleep at night. And so do our neighbors. But there are no tent campers as a rule. All Rv's. So it isn't as though we all need whispering Honda's.
I used a champion 3000 inverter for a number of years, which powered one AC and little else. But I would like to have more amps for more capability at this point.

I am not the expert but the 30 amp connection shows 4 pins which should connect directly to your 50 amp but just supply 30 amp. If that is the case each leg would have only 15 amps. Do some reading (a lot) before you buy. I think it also depends on which AC units you have. Mine are 15K units low profile. Everyone says 16 amps per unit but mine at 95 degrees only pull 12 amps each. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me will come along.

Careful there. Obviously there must be 2-110 hots, one neutral and one ground, but how they are connected should be looked at. You will need an adapter that goes from this pin configuration to the standard 50 amp configuration...and they have one!!!!https://www.electricgeneratorsdirect...422/p7432.html

That's exactly what I would use. In the Q&A, it says
You will have 240V entering the 50 amp RV as you normally would, but normally the 240V is split into two circuits at 120V in the RV panel.

So that tells me we would have two legs of 120v and whatever amperage that the outlet is supplying, which I think is 20.4 amps. That should be everything that we need if that is correct.

That's the ticket! Should be fine since it says it is an RV 50 amp receptacle, and Camco makes RV stuff.

Most 30 amp adapters split the total output to both legs so as long as you don't exceed the breaker on the genny you will be good.
