Remember just round off the edges a little.
You also should check the smoothness of the blades, smoother are more slippery.
with it being tight it is likely a great fit and should work well as long as the female does not get over stressed.
After you get it tuned up pay attention if it gets real easy to use as it indicates change in fit...

The 50 amp RV plug ground pin is different from the 50 amp home plug ground. As I remember the RV plug ground is round and the home one is squared off. Or threy could be the opposite, not sure as it's been some years since I looked at them that closely.

The ground pin is easy to modify if it doesn't fit your application. The home style is not square but is 'U' shaped. Just insert a 5/32 drill bit in the 'U' channel and tap the edges over it with a hammer to make it round. Cheap fix.

Not sure I follow as I understand I am talking about 2 different RV 50 amp plugs where the male Camco fit in the female other brand but tightly and is difficult to pull out but I will look at prongs. Thanks
