A/c issues

I have a 1994 Fleetwood Southwind with two a/c units on it. When I bought it both worked correctly. Now none work. Yes I am hook to shore line. I look at the ecc Intellitec climate control there is an indicator light on by the words output shorted. Checked all power which I have going to a/c fan controls ( fan low high cool switch board) but have nothing turning on. The thermostat doesn’t light up one day then the next it does. Question is am I missing something? Is there another place I need to check? What would the readings on the capacitor if it’s good or bad?
Thank you for your time in reading this and I hope I didn’t confuse you in the process. Any help would be great fully. Thank you again.

Is your RV connected to a 30 amp or 50 amp pedestal? 30 amps wouldn't be large enough to run both A/C units at once in most cases. The Intellitec unit is probably a device that is to turn off power (shed) to anything that might exceed the 30 amp limit. You could look up your Intellitec device here and see if you find information about it.

It’s hooked up to 30 amp, yes I figure one would shed if trying to run both. However my issues is I have nothing turning on. You turn the one a/c to low cool nothing clicks or starts. The Intellitec control has a light on the indicates output short. I am looking for ideas on what maybe causeing a/c to not turn on at all.

That will do it!!!.. For now I'd bypass the load relays.. But then I know how to do that.. and then order a replacement Energy Manager/monitor.
