Remove the inside return cover and see how much prep was done. Having the 120v and thermostat wiring is a great start, see if an opening is framed in the ceiling structure. If it's there, you're home free. (well, except the cost of the A/C unit) If parts are missing, it shouldn't be too hard to frame an opening and mount the A/C. Make sure it's compatible with your thermostat and 120v wiring.
If you have 50 amp shore cord and breaker box, just make sure it's wired to the other leg than the first A/C unit. If your RV is only 30 amp, I'd suggest you explore wiring it to a separate 20 amp cord so you don't overload the 30 amp breaker.
