I have an 05 Kountry Star with a SeaLand toilet (standard issue). My predicament is, now with grandkids and lots of bathroom trips this toilet really doesn't do a great job of rinsing the bowl. The water runs down the back of the bowl but the front just stays dry. I have checked all the water stream holes and cleaned them etc, but it just doesn't get the job done right. I have to frequently use the spray hose to get-r-done (sorry!). Is there a fix or after-market device that would make it like a real toilet? I really don't want to replace the toilet if I don't have to. I'm sorry to bring this up but I hope somebody has a remedy. Thanks all!

If your water pressure is good then I would think that the valve may have calcium build up restricting the flow. You may try taking the valve off and soaking in white vinegar to clean it out.

Mike is right on...water pressure. Does it work the same on city water and water pump?

I wanted a better "wetting" and then flushing action too. Campsite low pressure or on-board pump pressure left me feeling, ... well ... dry.
I installed a large accumulator tank. Its internal bladder seems now to provide the immediate water pressure when needed by the toilet. Flushing/wetting GREATLY improved.
I installed the tank for another purpose: to stop the pump from short-cycling (on/off/on/off frequently). But the unexpected "feature" of installing this tank was that I get a nice blast of water into the toilet when I hit the button ... a quantity of water that these other sources could not muster. My tank is some 2 gallons in size, but RV and Marine stores sell accumulators that store about 2 quarts. My guess is that these would "pump up" your flush as well.

I also added a 2 gal accumulator tank and vouch for the nice blast of water pressure on first flush...

Do you pre fill the bowl before use?
