AC/Fan High Speed Fan Only

When I run either the fan or the AC, it seems to only run on high fan speed only. I have the simple Coleman Mach thermostat with the slide switch for the temperature set point.

Any help would be appreciated. First thing I'm gonna do is see where the grey wire is hooked up to.
