AC/Furnace Problem

Hello , I have a 2013 Fleetwood Jamboree and the AC\Furnace in the living room does not work fans will not come on either. The AC was working Tuesday dove it home and Wednesday I tried to start the furnace and that is when I noticed neither was working. Just bought it Tuesday not off a dealer the back furnace works great and yes it has 2 furnace. The RV has only one AC unit. Breaker for AC wasn't tripped. I was doing this with the generator running and the breaker on it is not tripped. Thanks for the help.

Not sure what you mean by "the AC\Furnace in the living room does not work." Are you referring to the thermostat? It is powered by 12v house battery. It controls the A/C when 120v shore power is connected. The furnace is 12v, also powered by the house batteries. Make sure your battery disconnect switch is ON.

Welcome to iRV2.

Does this RV have one wall thermostat , to control both furnaces and the one A/C ?

If that's the set up , then look closely at the display and see if it says " Zone 2"
when set in zone two the t'stat will only operate the rear furnace. You'll have to get the display to " Zone 1 " to get the front furnace and A/C to operate.

If you still have issues and can't get things operational , please add the t'stat brand and model to your post and we'll try and track down a users manual, if you don't have one.

Thanks for your help. My unit has 2 different thermostats in it. The one in the rear controls the back furnace and it works fine and the front thermostat controls the AC and the furnace. I do not hear the little click when you slide the thermostat over to call for heat. So the furnace does not come on or you can not even turn the fans on. AC does not work either. The brand for the thermostat in question is a RVP and the model RVP No 7330-322 and I do not have a manual for this item. Bob & Donna

If you could advise me where the Battery Disconnect switch is I would be very thankful.

Thanks again for everyone's help.

The battery disconnect switch(es) are usually located near the entry door. Sometimes right above the stairwell, other manufacturers put them above the door. I don't think yours is Off at this time if the rear furnace is working. You have two 12v systems in the RV, the chassis battery(ies) operates the driving functions, engine start, headlights, dash HVAC, wipers, etc. The house batteries operate the living functions, water pump, refrigerator, furnace, interior lights, etc. Each have their own fuse boxes in separate locations. I'd find the house fuses and make sure the furnace fuse and all others are good.

The thermostat you mentioned, RVP No 7330-322, is most likely a Coleman brand. This is a manual for many of their thermostats, you might want to go through the manual for any tests you can use to decide if the thermostat is working.
