AC/HeatPump Hi-Low Switch

Our rig has (2)Coleman Mach3 AC/HeatPump units on the roof. When using the ac you can set the fan to run on low or high speed but was wondering if the fan on the heatpump setting should also run on either hi or low? Ours will only run on high regardless of what fan speed selection is made on the stat?

Try running the unit within only a few degrees of the actual temperature in the zone. If I run my units in the Auto settting the higher the temp (in cool mode) the higher the fan will run. As the tempss come down the fan speed is reduced.

Thanks for the resonse.

In the times we have used our heatpump it has done an excellant job of heating but it seems the only fan speed when on is high regardless of whether I have set the fan on hi or low. Sent an E-Mail to Coleman support describing this and will wait to see if this is normal or not. I just thought one might be able to run the the heatpump on low as it is much quieter.
