AC Help

I have a 30 Amp coach with two roof ACs, one is 11,000 BTUs and the other one is 13,500 BTUs. I need to replace the 11,000 BTU unit but Coleman no longer makes an 11,000. I can not run two 13,500 units at the same time, but with the "KBI" control unit I can run a 13,500 and 11,000. I want one that will use my existing ceiling plate and run with my "KIB" wall control unit. Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance.

Does Coleman still make a 10,500 unit? It might fit your needs of they still do.

I replaced my rear 11,000 with a Coleman 13,500 MACH 3 P.S. it only uses 10.3 AMP. With the EMS on my 30 AMP MH I can still run both at the same time.

But the front one isn't needed very often. As I run the rear one only, 98% of the time. I got the best price at PPL with shipping.

The control unit inside the 11K will need transferred to the new 13.5K one.
Guessing you do have duct cooling.

I don't think they make a 10,500, wish they did. They do make a Polar Cub at 9,200 but I don't think the ceiling plate will match up. I have e mailed Coleman, had no luck dealing with Camping World.
Tinker I ask that question at Camping World and they said no but I won't count on that, as said above I have e mailed Coleman. Yes it is ducted.
Thanks for your help guys, any more ideas?

I didn't ask anyone if it would work. I ordered the 13.5K Power Saver from PPL and installed it myself last June. It works.

PPL does have a 11K Power Saver Coleman if you want a 11K
Call them at 1-800-755-4775 with any questions

I would check the amp rating of the KBI unit and size it that way. Many newer airconditioning units offer more BTU/hr at lower amps drawn than older ones, due to improvements in efficient design.

Thanks Triker I will give them a call, funny all Camping World has told me is that Coleman does not make an 11K, also I have heard nothing back from Coleman. I have been to the PPL site before and it is a "pita". No pictures and difficult to find specs. Maybe I am missing something. But this sounds very good, will call them.
Thanks to everyone.

That is because they don't carry it.
Camping World Has 18 models of Dometic and only 9 of Coleman they sale.

PPL will save you $100 plus from CW prices even with CW member price.
At least they do with the same P.S. 13.5K model.

Yes I now know. I ordered the one you suggested (its a direct replacement) from PPL. I did find a 12,000 BTU P S at Adventure RV for $60 something less shipped but wanted to stay with the 11,000. Again thanks a lot, you saved the day.
