Have been in our Domani for a year and a half and can not get the AC to reset automaticly. Unit stays hooked up and any power surge will turn off the AC unit. I must reset the unit manually with the remote. All other campers around us, trailers, 5th wheelers, class a's will reset on their own. Mine is a 2008 made by Carriage. Dealer tells me its the way it is. AC unit 15000 btu, is also made by carriage. Can anyone help Help!!!

Bill, my first impression is be thankful that it doesn't reset without some input from you. It kicked out for a reason and there are several new models that will not reset until you tell it you have checked the power source and it is OK. I highly recommend having a good digital monitor on your AC power at all times and keep your eye on it periodically. You don't want your Ac kicking back in if the power is questionable - - you can burn up a compressor in a hurry. By the way, the AC unit is not made by Carriage. And, I love those Domani's - - they are sharp.
