Yes, if you are talking about chassis air bags. I would suggest only to add them if you are trying to achieve a level ride height.
This thread may be better suited on the Workhorse chassis sub forum.

Only chassis I put them on was the older Ford chassis to support the springs which could not hold up the coach box level because of its weight.
Another Ford had leaf springs added to level chassis.
The Workhorse should not need them, because of the heftier springs and their dampening system.

I thought maybe he meant those crash air bags in the steering wheel?

I also thought that might be the OP's question.
If so, why bother? If you get in an accident bad enough to deploy air bags with 20K plus weight behind you is it really going to matter?

1. They will probably help ride, ie, reduce harshness.
2. You would have to be very carefull with your jacks, the air bags are attached top and bottom, so it is would be easy to overtend them and damage the bags.
SumoSprings are an alternate, and are more foregiving on jack extension.

Interesting something to try without the jounce bumper.
Yet they show reinstalling it back to frame.

That is the problem with airbags, they are attached top and bottom, so if you raise very much with the jacks, the airbag is overstretched, and damaged. That is not the case with the Sumosprings.

My Air-Lifts were the double bag and did not over extend plus would create difficulty driving down the road if they were.
These springs look like they will do the job also. Sumosprings
They also have a hole for jounce bumper in their mounting bracket, no need for drilling the chassis frame as with Air-Lifts.
Noticed in their PDF they had four holes in frame for mounting their bracket on my 99 Ford had to drill those two extra holes, that was some job if rear tires were not removed.
