We just returned from our maiden voyage in our new toy and everything worked well except for the gas range. We found that we could only use one burner at a time as when you turned on another burner the one that was already burning would flicker out as if there was,t enough gas. We tried burning one at a time to purge the lines but that didn't help.Every thing else that uses gas worked fine including the furnace, water heater and fridge. I'm baffled. Could there be a valve somewhere not turned all the way on?

Lesstech, Lift up the top of the range and see if you have what looks like a small gas pressure regulator. If so, you could have a bad regulator on the range. You can test it with a monometer; or take it back to the dealer if it is still in warranty.

RV Wizard,
After reading your post I went out to the MH and lifted the top of the range as you suggested and found the regulator. As I was checking it out I found that the copper tube coming into the regulator was very loose and could be turned by hand. After tightening it up everything is fine. Glad we didn't blow ourselves up.
Thanks for your help.

Hey lesstech, did you realize that you might be one of the few that got the "pilot flame" option?!!!

Lesstech, I would recommend you contact your dealer and let them know the situation you had. They too are the fortunate one. If you would have had a dissaster they would be liable and hopefully would feel remorse. This kind of thing is why it is so important to do a leak check on the lp system. GLad you found the problem, but I would recommend you request another leak test asap. Take care & be safe.
