Amish Unit Report

We had the cooling unit on our Norcold 1200 replaced with one of the Amish units (Dutch Aire). We had JC Refrigeration in Shishewana do the work and we also opted for one of the Helium charged units.
Our report - We Absolutely love it!
With it set at 5 the refer is at 33 -34 degrees and the freezer is at -1 to -4. This was true the whole while we were in Florida for 2 weeks this Oct/Nov and they were having 90+ days.
Glad we did the Amish Unit.

Congratulations. Changing to an Amish cooling unit was the best thing I did to our old Norcold. Along with that, the other thing you can do to even out the temperatures in the fridge is the Fridge Fix Fan from Smart RV Products Smart RV Products | Home

It blows a constant stream of air across the entire width of the cooling fins and keeps air circulating inside the compartment. In addition, it almost totally eliminates frost build up on the fins. I am not affiliated with them in any way, just a very happy customer.
