I have an 09 Beaver Contessa with the Aqua Hot system. Works fine except that I think the combustion air fan is VERY noisy. Had it checked at LazyDays but I'm not real confident in the service I got. They also did the annual service and that seems to have been done OK. Some diesel smell at the exhaust but no more than when the coach was new.

I know "too noisy" is a subjective term. I can easily hear this fan running from 50ft away. Aren't these units supposed to be quieter?

Without being at your coach to listen it is impossible to know if the noise is normal or not. The plastic clutches that drive the combustion fan can sometimes be noisy. If the bearings (in the blower) have failed, you will hear grinding noise.

Your Aqua-Hot should still be under warranty (2 years from date of purchase). You should have it checked out by Factory Authorized Service Center, here: Aqua-Hot Heating Systems Inc.
