I have a Atwood water heater model G6A-8E. The will light and warm up the water to tempture, but fails to relight to maintain the water temp. The malfunction light does not come on. You can shut it down, and start it again and it will bring the water back to temp and repeat the cycle.

I'm thinking something is wrong with the electronics of it? Is there a way to have it tested? If is bad, can I get a replacement, and is Atwood the only source?

mine is aG6A4E in a 1988 pace arrow.
I had trouble relighting mine in wet weather spark would click but propane won't light. using a bbq lighter in fire pot would light everytime, after it fired and dried no problem.
