Atwood Everest furnace LOUD and cycles too fast!

Put in a new Atwood Everest furnace and boy is it loud when running and it cycles way too often. The old furnace didn't cycle this much
Its off for 15 seconds and then starts up again.
Any ideas on the noise and the cycling rate?

LOUD.....fan wheel loose or debris inside

Cycling......lack of airflow so high limit switch is shutting it down then heat exchanger cools down so furnace fires back up....repeats cycle.

Cliffy,
What Old Biscuit is discribing is exactly what happened to me. It was a manufacturing issues as where the mounting of the air flow switch allowed it to hit the fan blades eventually wiping out all the blades from the wheel.
Before the heater stopped working, it made a noise that sounded like it had sucked in some paper.
I was able to do the repairs, replacing the fan wheel, and properly mounted the switch. I takes a little patience, but it will save you from a big bill.

You should find the fan I'd number on the side of it, or what's left of it, and very important to clean all the broken blades out. Good luck

Maybe I didn't make my issue real clear
The furnace runs a while then shuts down when the temp hits the set point. It then sits idle for only 15 seconds before it fires up again. The old one stayed quiet for a few minutes before restarting. I think I might have a thermostat issue.

The noise if just the running noise. When the burner fires it could be a jet engine starting up it seems so loud.
