Thanks to someone on this forum, I was sent parts to rebuild my gearbox. It's a sham Atwood didn't keep parts for consumers.

Wow! That's great. Did they have the used gearbox parts laying around or did they know of a source to get new replacement parts?

My front driver side 10k leveler just shear its pin. Any ideas for replacement. I will try the 5.5m Allen wrench idea in the meantime.

Mike or caliper the diameter of the pin and go to your local hardware store. Buy a drill bit the same size and trim it with a Dremel tool and cut off wheel. A grinder will do in a pinch but don't overheat it as you'll take the temper out of the steel. Will work much better than their pins, that are no longer available.

FYI, I repaired my Levelleg last year by using the cutoff drill bit, & it broke a few weeks ago. This time, when it broke, it shattered the coupler at the top of the screw shaft. I have attempted to find a suitable replacement coupler, but I am not able to find anything that will work.

Now I have been trying to find a replacement jack without success. Mine is a 7.5k 15" 66280 or 66541. Anyone have replacement parts or a spare jack.

Have you been watching Ebay? They come up for sale periodically.

I think as more and more parts become harder to get...I will consider replacing everything with something else

We replaced our Level Legs with HWH this spring. We should have done it years ago.

Replacement

[I was lucky to have someone on here send me parts, but while I was waiting, my dad took the gear like you have shown and the pins and a local machine shop in Erie, PA was able to duplicate the parts. Now I have an extra set. I had to gears break, you'll see there are 2 identical gears...both snapped in half. If you don't have luck finding anyone with parts, I can have some made

Cool Looking for a Atwood 66544 Rear leveler leg. 10,000 lb

Not sure what is broken yet. I saw a video on a repair from rvprepperwayne on youtube. He seams like a very knowledgeable mechanic. I am hoping it is a easy fix. [Mod Edit]
Thank you
