Atwood Stove

I have a 2002 38.5-ft. Alpine Motor Coach with an Atwood stove and combined oven. The only information I have on the stove is that it is an electronic ignition high-output range.

The oven thermostat has stopped working. When I turn on the oven it goes directly to 500 degrees no matter where I set the thermostat knob. In order to bake, I have to constantly alternate from pilot to 170, using an oven thermometer to keep track of the temperature.

I contacted Atwood and was told that they stopped carrying this stove in 2006 and therefore do not have the thermostat that I need.

Does anyone know where I can get either a new or after-market thermostat?

Thanking you in advance, Joe

Under the stove top will be a data plate. Get the model number and find the part number for the oven thermostat. Then you can do a Google search for the t'stat. I am sure there are some sitting on part shelves that companies would like to un-load.
