since new are igniter sometimes it works and sometimes it don't. lifted stove checked all wire connection works than it don't. tryed the burners turn them maybe not grouned any thoughts ? dw going to blow us up for some reason she won't use the propane lighter.

Just don't use the igniter. Turn the gas on for that burner and use a long handle lighter. That does not fix your problem but makes using the stove easier.
