From what I've read on new coaches equiped with residential fridge, they are equiped with a 2000 WATT inverter to produce the 110 VAC for the fridge; the inverter is connected to a 6 batteries bank that supply 12 VOLTS to it and to the coach.

If you plan to do frequent extended boondocking, you need at least 4, preferably 6 batteries. You also should have solar. If you just do the occasional night in Walmart, 4 batteries and the generator you already have.

As others have stated, many variables in the answers to your question. I can give our findings for our setup. We have four 12v lifeline battery's driving a modified sine wave inverter. Samsung197 fridge. We boondocked for eight days and ran gen maybe three hrs a day. Our lights are LED throughout. We made coffee with a percolator daily (no electronics). We did turn off the icemaker. We ran 36hrs once before the auto/gen fired! Two tv in the afternoon was the norm. We have no solar panels. Ceiling fan in bedroom all night every night. I love my Lifeline battery's! I hope this helps.
