Batteries on my Fun Finder Trailer

Hi- I just bought my 2009 FF 189FBR last week. We are getting it set up for our virgin voyage. I have had the shore line plugged in to my 110v line with an adapter. Lights, fans and stereo all work. I then unplugged the shore line and then nothing works. The batteries tested out at slightly over 12v. There is also a solar panel on the roof. Any ideas as to why there is no power when shore line is disconnected? Remember I am new to this.

Check for a battery disconnect switch. That switch also needs to be on for the shore power to charge your batteries; fully charged they should read 12.6 volts.
