it also seems as if the coach batteries are over charging, but only by the smell and water loss.
any thoughts would be great, the Aux start relay is an Eaton 6041H105

Using a voltmeter on the
house batteries, what is the charging voltage you find when the solenoid is cycling each time?

When this is occurring are you noticing your AC power to the coach cycling on and off as well?
Are any lights (12v or 120v) inside becoming dim and then brighter?
Does your problem continue whether the Xantrex is on or off?
Does your problem continue while running on generator only?
