I left my awning open and it rained slot overnight. Forgot to dip the awning so all of the water pooled up in the middle and now the awning "tube" is bowed. I know - I should have known better.

Is there a way to bend this back or am I better off replacing the entire thing?

Depending on how bad the "bow" is you may be able to extend the awning with the "bow" on the top and place two step ladders (one under the tube on each end) and pull down with you own body weight at the center of the bow. Be careful not to put too much weight at first and add a little more as you check the tube for straightness. If the bow is real bad it will probable kink when you try to straighten because of the tube metal being stretched too far.

Go to the Zip Dee site and they have instructions for straightening a bent roller tube, complete with illustration.
