Keep windows and vents closed. They can cause a negative pressure inside drawing odors out of both grey and black tanks. Also check your roof vents. Mine on one of my coaches were left too long and when the cap was put on it blocked off the vent. I replaced my vent caps with the ones that have the vane that allows them to rotate in the wind direction. They create a negative pressure on the vent sucking out the odors. Once I changed them out never had a odor issue.

Air admittance valves, usually found under sinks, and dry traps in sinks and shower are the usual suspects. Try using stoppers of some type on the drains and tightly bag the AAV's, for a test. It odors persist after doing the above, you have a plumbing failure somewhere. The AAV's can be replaced with better from a home improvement store.

Go for the source of the smell. Seems you travel with stuff in your black tanks. Most smelly black tanks don't have enough water in them. And add some more sewer chemicals while you're at it. That's what works fo me when mine start to smell. Also, give your black tank a real good flush.

Check the roof vent. Many times its gets clogged with a heavy cob web, etc. if you can when traveling down the road keep the windows closed.

I always turn off the recirculate switch on my dash climate control to help create a positive coach pressure.

X2. Had the same issue. Installed this item and now no more odors. Took about 5 minutes to install.
