Blackwater tank identification.

I bottomed out my 1976 Terry trailer and cracked the blackwater tank....badly. I'm trying to find a replacement tank and I found the following markings on it.

El Monte Plastics Inc 16-H

For use in recreational vehicles 132-H

Then I found this "welded" into the bottom of the plastic tank:
EMP
16H40
1APM0
T1410

Any idea what any of that means, or if it can assist me in finding the right tank?
