Brownout Issues

I have a 2014 Winn Tour. I'm at a campground in Idaho. I use a portable Progressive EMS-PT50C.
When plugged into the camp's 50amp outlet, the Progressive EMS shows no problems or faults (L1 124v; L2 123v; 60hz; E0). However, my in-coach Powerline EMS monitoring panel at the same time shows +/- L1 136v and L2 112v. Yesterday evening L2 was down as low as about 98v on thenin-coach panel, yet at the same time the Progressive EMS still showed L2 at about 123v.
Anyone ever experience this and/or have an idea of what may be going on?

First I would use a voltmeter and measure each leg, comparing it with what the HW50C is telling you. If there is a significant difference, then call Progressive Industries tech support!
