Cameras going bad

Hi all, need help please. The side camera in our Itasca Meridian 2013 went bad couple of months ago. I started getting intermittent no video detected error. Soon the rear camera did the same thing. I called RV repair and they said the cameras were dead. They ordered both. The rear showed up soon and they installed it. Manufacturer is building the side camera so it is delayed (they are changing the connection??!). We just left town and the rear camera started flickering and now is giving the same intermittent error message of no video detected.
The left side camera is working fine.

Is it under warrantee?
Loose wire connections may be part of your problems.
Ensure all plugs are taped closed and all wiring clips are sodered and taped to keep contacts together and waterproofed.
