I just replaced the charger on my '99 Dolphin. It was a 50amp Magnatek junker, so if yours is the original, I would say NO.

After asking around and doing some reasearch, I bought the Intelli-Power PD9245C 45A Electronic RV Converter/Charger. Progressive Dynamics is US made and high quality. I shopped around and found one for $118 and then they even send me a free PD92201 Remote Pendant. I understand IOTA Engineering also make a good converter. WAFCO is made in China.

I'm very happy with this unit and I know my batteries will be much happier now. Since my system didn't charge the chassis battery, I added a Ultra Trik-L-Start 5 Amp Starting Battery Charger/Maintainer. Now I can store it for months with shore power and know all my battieries will be happy when they see me again
