Charger to desulphate golf cart batteries?

Anyone using a charger to desulphate 6volt golf cart batteries? I have a golf cart with six T105 batteries. I'm told that the standard charger only maintains a 13v charger, thus allowing sulfates to build up on the battery plates and shortening the battery life. My RV converter has an equalize mode built in. Likewise the solar charger.

I found this charger on the Amazon site.
Amazon.com: VDC Electronics BatteryMINDer Charger, Maintainer, Desulphator - 1.3 Amp, 12 Volt, Model# 12117: Automotive

Anyone using something similar?

I used one of these on my 6V golf cart batteries in my 5th wheel for over 5 years, worked great. I am currently using a Battery Tender 021-0128 also purchased from Amazon on my MH, for my 6V batteries and it has also done a great job.

I have their model 12248. Three charge levels (2,4, and 8 amps), and the desulfating capacity. I have a deep cycle D-8 battery, and it seems to be doing a good job. I let mine get pretty sulfated and am paying the price.

We use the BatteryMinder Plus at an orchard for farm equipment batteries during winter storage. It works well.

Thanks for the input. Anyone find a 36v charger with a desulphate mode? I have a bank of six 6v batteries. Charging and desulphating two at a time is not practical.

The BatteryMinder will handle 4 sets of 6 volt batteries with each set in series at one time.

I am sure you don't have them hooked up as a 36 volt package. I would bet they are 3-12V groups in parallel.

Four sets would only be 24 volts, perhaps he has a 24 volt charger.

Six 6 volt batteries together for a total of 36v. Would like to charge the entire set, one end to another, rather than disconnecting them into 12v sets.

I found this one at three times the price

Just curious, what do you power with the 36 volt battery bank?

They MUST be connected in 12V sets now. Else how could they provide 12V to the RV?

See my first post. I'm talking about a 36v golf cart.

[So how come I fulltime in an RV with 12v and run around in a golf cart with 36v?]

As for how I charge it, I use a golf cart charger like this one -> Amazon.com: 36 Volt Golf Cart Battery Charger for EZ-GO Powerwise: Sports & Outdoors

At this point, I plan to give this Battery Minder gizmo a try. Comes with a 1 year $ back guarantee, so got nothin to lose ->

AHA, we have understanding, Houston. The confusion is in that MY RV uses what are commonly called "Golf Cart" Batteries.

SO, I can't help you unless you charge them as 12V sets. I can see where that would be a PITA. I would go to a golf course and ask there. I bet they have the answer.

Sorry, my mistake. I reread your post and the second sentence says golf cart. I skipped right over it and thought about golf cart batteries in the RV. My bad.
