Call the state consumer affairs...

Anything reported broken while in warranty stays in warranty until fixed.

If it failed twice in warranty and again after and you located something that likely caused it then the cause should have been found and fixed.

The servicing dealer failed 2 times.

Call the state and have details and request that they assist in getting the manufacturer to honor their warranty.
