I have noticed a clicking noise from my outside area of my refrigerator. I just had a recall done on the unit. It sounds like it is the igniter for the propane to start. Any ideas?

It is coming from the little black box they installed in the recall. I had the same clicking, I double checked the wiring and it was incorrect. I reconnected it per the recall sheet and the clicking stopped.

So much for "Factory authorized technicians"

thats pretty correct. the first go around on ours before the cooling unit failed, did the same thing.
I blame dometic equally, as the instruction sheetlet/booklet/handout was very confusing as to which UNIT or model should have which wires connected to each terminal.

I do not have a Norcold, but rather a Dometic.. When I picked up this house new they had something wrong, Something they should have caught.. When I went in for the recall, while they were doing the work, I mentioned it to the service consultant, and as it happens a technician was there and overheard, They both said they always do this right.

When I returned to the rig, keys in hand, after completion, the first thing I did....

Was correct the error cause it was wrong again... Even after they both assured me.....

Yes, So much for "Factory Authorized/Trained......."
